Some Photobooks that are made by using a special Media, which has an exclusive texture and the Media itself has a rich and enhanced surface, e.g., Texture paper, Metallic paper, Luster paper, etc. Laminating the Special Media reduces the charm and richness of the Special Media. We have designed a special machine, AccuSlit B-20, to solve this problem. AccuSlit B-20, Slits and Tapes the Spine Area, at the same time, by strengthening and adding flexibility to the Spine side, inspite of the Slitting process. AccuSlit B-20 is a multi-functional Slit and Strip Bonding machine for creating a complete Lay Flat Opening in a Photobook. Here, the Media is manually feeded. The Slitting distance from the Spine is adjustable. The Paper Guide, provided in AccuSlit B-20, helps in setting and maintaining the distance from the Spine on one side.
